Whether the problem can fixed remotely or not, an engineer will deal with it within 4 hours.  If it can't be fixed remotely, then an engineer is despatched and will provide onsite assistance as quickley as possible.  All costs are covered in the contract, so no extra fees will be applicable, meaning no surprises further down the line.
